Your new company
My client is an award-winning provider of innovative technology aimed at improving the "customer experience". A B2B company, they help organisations to align their customer touch-points to provide a consistent, on-brand and seamless service leaving customers happier and more engaged. They boast some great clients and innovative new products, and are actively recruiting the job of Marketing Manager for their offices just outside Basingstoke.

Your new role
As Marketing Manager you will be responsible for taking the key objectives from the management team and creating a marketing plan to meet these overall strategic drivers. This is very much a hands-on role, and you will roll your sleeves up to execute this plan including: manage and update websites / optimise content using Google Analytics and Adwords / write and maintain marketing materials / draft and obtain customer case studies / manage content creation and delivery through automation - Hubspot. You will have direct line management responsibility of a Marketing Assistant/Apprentice, and will work with other resources including a Brand Lead and a Graphic Design freelancer.

What you'll need to succeed
Open to all experiences, this role would suit a Senior Executive/Assistant Manager looking to take a step up in their career and take on more responsibility for the execution of offline/online marketing activities. You will use your experience working in a small team environment to work independently, and your previous mentoring/managing experience to help others in the team to excel. You will be tech-savvy with online marketing: websites, Social Media, and importantly you will have knowledge of CRM systems such as Hubspot or similar. You will have the previous experience to run and analyse campaign performance, write engaging content, and organise a variety of events for customers.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of £30,000 - £38,000 depending on experience, and will have the opportunity to work within a small team in a company that values the individual and considers itself a family; with drinks down the local on a Friday and offices in rural Hampshire, it is as much about the culture as it is the skills with this business.
