Senior leadership role managing a team of 4 and with overarching responsibility for multiple brands.

A market leader in the area in which they operate, with a range of brands that lead their respective categories and having experienced strong growth in recent years. The business operate across a range of channels and their product niche means they have a particular focus within some specialist areas, in addition to of course having a strong presence in the grocery multiples.

They are a business for foodies, full of people who have an affinity and personal connection/interest in the brands, making for a great working environment where people are genuinely passionate about the brands they sell.

The role is a chunky one - managing a team of 4 all operating at Brand Manager or Senior Brand Manager level. You'll be overseeing the strategic direction for their key brands, working to a 3-year brand cycle and supporting your team to give macro-level advice on growing their business.

As such, you'll need to have strong people management experience, and a wealth of marketing experience to draw on, with interesting work being done across ATL & BTL, and an equally important focus on retail & wholesale channels.

You'll need to be someone who thrives on leading by instinct and feel, rather than relying hugely on data & an analytical approach - they need someone with some natural marketing flair!
