A rare opportunity to join a fast-paced FMCG business with big brands and a great culture looking for a commercial, self-starting candidate to lead the development and execution of the revenue growth management strategies in a high visibility Revenue Growth Manager role.

Reporting into the Head of Market Strategy & Planning, this is a brand new position so you'll be setting up the function and will need the ability to influence at all levels and drive change. Your objective is to deliver revenue, profit, and brand share growth through maximising the efficiency of investment and managing cost volatility. You'll champion revenue growth initiatives across channels by establishing RGM as a core capability, as well as developing price, pack and promotional architecture for key categories through the combination of customer insight and sales analysis. You'll lead the commercial planning process working collaboratively with finance, sales, supply chain, category, brand and insight teams to deliver a flexible approach that suits the business needs.

Ideally you'll have a good depth of experience in FMCG including managing customers and P&Ls. You'll also have strong analytical skills and will be able to make recommendations in proposals and strategies. You'll also need strong PC skills - advanced use of Excel and Powerpoint to build complex models and simplify the results. Coming from a revenue growth related role would be an advantage, but your background could also be a Category Finance Management, MS&P, Account Management or related commercial or finance FMCG role.

Join a very inclusive team based in a picturesque, but very accessible location in Surrey (easily commutable from London). It's a people-focused culture, with a macro approach to management, plenty of flexibility and autonomy and a friendly family feel balanced with a hard working, driven ethos.

The process is moving quickly so please don't delay in applying if you're interested to explore further.

Due to the high volumes of responses we get, regrettably we are only able to respond to successful applications. If you have not been contacted within 2 weeks, on this occasion your application has been unsuccessful.
