Forward thinking customer experience design agency are looking for an Account Manager to help deliver meaningful and thought provoking customer experiences that make brands stand out from the crowd.
This exciting role will be working for a highly creative and strategic customer experience design consultancy. They specialise in making brands and business problems better by design. You will be responsible for creating meaningful customer experiences that ensure brands are differentiated from the competition and surprise and delight their customers. The work is highly strategic and at least 60% of the role will focus on this. You will be developing proposition and customer experience strategies, integrated creative campaigns, brand toolkits, launch activations and environments.
You will have a passion for strategy and solving problems. You will enjoy working on projects upstream of comms and delivery. You will ideally come from a brand agency or have worked on customer experience projects and have experience of blue chip clients. You will be adept at working with clients at varying levels including senior stakeholders.
