Exciting opportunities to bring your exceptional strategy & brand building skills to a major global player with a portfolio of ‘must-stock’ brands available in retailers across the world.  In these key roles you will take on full P&L and strategic responsibility for a brand portfolio, leading all aspects of the mix from ATL & digital campaign development and brand strategy to innovation, packaging and multi-channel activation.  UK market focused but working in cooperation with regional and global teams, you will have full ownership of your brands(s), managing a small direct team and leading cross-functional teams to drive new initiatives in a business that is truly committed to moving forward at a pace and bringing in the highest calibre of people to support its growth. 

Our Ideal Candidate

Commercial savvy and a classic training in a leading FMCG environment with a robust understanding of the UK market is key for these roles.  You will have gained broad exposure across the mix with a track record of driving brand growth via smart strategic and commercial thinking, innovative and clever A&P and innovation strategies including digital work.  You will also have strengths in managing the innovation process from early stage brand & consumer insight for new and existing brands.  A real passion for marketing and brands goes without saying – we are looking for people who can use their skills and energies to bring new ideas and add value to everything they look after.  Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence cross-functionally are of course key to these roles; you’ll be someone who can energize teams across the business by ‘selling’ a compelling vision and securing buy-in to your brand plans and initiatives.

 It is unlikely that you will have less than 7-8 years’ experience to take on one of these challenging roles.
