This business has a portfolio of fast growing brands that are uniquely recognisable in their categories. They have grown in recent years through a programme of investment in NPD and Innovation and have gained a following of loyal consumers. They need a proven Brand Manager with both creativity and strong commercial ability to take their newest brand to the next level in the UK and Europe.
Your challenge will be to build consumer awareness, trial and penetration of this brand through creating an exciting programme of brand building activities.
You will be given broad responsibility for the following:
- To strategically develop the brand through consumer insight driven research
- Lead the development of NPD, pack & price initiatives
- Development of ATL/BTL brand collateral with the MM and agency partners
- Managing a significant Markeing budget.
This is a highly visible role, so to be considered you need to be able to demonstrate the following:
- A strong grounding in FMCG Brand Management with a similar well known brand
- Energy, drive and creativity that makes everything you do fresh and original
- Experience and understanding of P&L management and commercial implications
- Previous experience working with agencies ( design, communications, PR)
- A collaborative personal style
