Head Of Group Internal Communications
Calling all Internal Comms specialists for this one off role with a leading financial services business. This is a brand new role heading up the internal comms strategy for the portfolio of service brands in the group. Reporting directly to the CMO, this role requires someone with authority and gravitas to liaise with key stakeholders in the business and re-set the internal comms strategy, across existing channels (intranet, emails, e-newsletter, town halls etc.) and new channels, managing agencies for delivery.
Although this is an FS company, the communication style within the business is very engaging, creative and less formal, and you will have come from organisations that adopt a similar approach and TOV. Ideally you will also have experience within a regulated industry or some exposure to more playful/ vibrant Professional services or FS brands.
There are a lot of fun challenging projects and this person needs to be able to communicate key brand changes and messages in a fun and engaging way.
