Key Responsibilities in this role:

* Identify key bidding opportunities for the London team to build a pipeline
* Identify and contribute to national and international opportunities
* Lead the overall bid process, timely planning, management and completion of the allocated Bid submissions
* Identify opportunities to enhance and improve the process, whilst sharing best practice with the team;
* Work with senior management to develop proposal strategies, identify win themes, define deliverables, answer strategies and agree content
* Ensure review and completion dates and deadlines are achieved
* Organise and manage internal progress meetings
* Identify tender requirements and key drivers for clients
* Plan, write and co-ordinate Bid responses;
* Proof read, copy edit responses
* Advise post tender interviews / presentations
* Capture bid feedback
* Be proactive in compiling, updating and maintaining a library of standard bid content in bid library
* Review and update bid templates in line with Brand Guidelines
* Develop a creative approach to the writing and presentation of Bids;
* Have a clear understanding and interpretation of the questions within the pre-qualification questionnaire and tender documents;
* Ensure the quality of the response meets the company standards and encorporates tone of voice.

The ideal candidate will be/have:

* Degree qualified in a relevant discipline;
* Strong command of both spoken and written English (essential);
* Previous experience in a similar role within property and construction (essential)
* Confident in communicating at all levels;
