Michael Page are partnering with a Nationally recognised Disability Charity based in Berkshire. The Direct Marketing Manager vacancy holds huge responsibility within the organisation and will provide strategic development of various products within the portfolio with the view of recruiting new supporters to the organisation.

My client is a well established household name within the charity sector who pride themselves on improving the lives of people affected by disabilities across the UK. This Berkshire based business is forever growing and renowned for employee satisfaction.


The Direct Marketing Manager's responsibilities will include:

* Strategic management of Individual Giving product(s) development in order to enable supporter database growth and develop and build retention activities that will drive future fundraising income and ensure offerings for all target audiences.

To monitor income and expenditure targets for products and ensure that timely and appropriate interventions (campaign changes) are made if needed in order to reach annual plan targets. To monitor the annual plan of activity for each area under management, including all acquisition and retention activities, ensuring campaigns are delivered to good quality and within time and budget constraints.

To identify, develop and manage new or complementary products to add to the portfolio to enhance supporter journeys and increase lifetime value of supporters. All developments to be driven by customer and market data insight.

To manage relationships with external agencies and service providers as and when required. Where contract owner to conduct quarterly meetings with suppliers as well as monitoring Service Level Agreement performance on an ongoing basis.


The successful candidate will ideally display:


Demonstrate a track record in fundraising and/or marketing, handling a sizeable budget and successfully managing a team, as well as good analytical skills and an understanding of Return on Investment.

must have proven experience in direct marketing. Depending on the product being recruited for there may also be a requirement for experience of legacy-giving promotion or product trading.
