This Brand Manager role within the Professional Marketing team is a high profile position in which the successful candidate will be involved in a range of exciting digital projects that will make use of their existing brand management experience within a relevant industry. This is a highly visible position that can offer an exceptional springboard to a fulfilling career within the organisation.

Role Responsibilities

  • Contribute to and interpret brand strategy and execute with excellence
  • Attend and contribute to relevant brand team meetings and business planning
  • Build and support the creation of innovative and effective campaigns to grow market share through HCP recommendation sector within the UK
  • Support the development of key product formats/sizes/claims for Healthcare sector and associate NPD launches
  • To lead the generation of materials and messages to HCPs to grow market share through recommendation
  • Support with development, approval and distribution marketing materials and engagement tools
  • To manage and control allocated promotional budget for professional activity
  • Own, develop and monitor the professional media activity
  • Support the implementation of the national conference/symposium plan
  • Manage external agency relationships and ensure work is delivered on time and within budget.

Qualifications

  • Brand management experience gained within professional marketing, OTC or consumer marketing
  • Digital experience such as CRM, social media, SEO - highly desirable but not mandatory
  • Ability to interpret clinical studies/data and link to commercial opportunities
  • Proactive and results driven – brings new ideas to the table
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to influence management and other senior stakeholders
  • Degree educated
