The Marketing Campaign Manager is responsible for developing marketing strategies and implementing campaigns to the conference, event and wedding markets as well as to internal customers. This will be across the 3 venues across the UK, with their prestigious and famous London venue having recently been refurbished with a massive investment financially and technologically.

A global business providing membership services and fantastic events to multiple industries. With offices in many countires internationally, this role will be based in Hertfordshire, with travel into London regularly.


The Marketing Campaign Manager will work with colleagues across the group to build both group and individual venue brands; increasing booking quantity, value and market share. To develop relationships with external publications, associations, websites and suppliers to grow the enquiry pipeline, delegate numbers and cross-promote the full range of products and services where appropriate. To position the business as the only choice for technology-driven events.

* To develop a creative strategy for exhibitions and sales events and deliver each to an exemplary standard, with the Marketing Manager
* To manage the external PR agency and help devise creative, cut-through stories and angles
* To manage the Twitter feed and overall social media presence
* To ensure that the venues corporate identity and brand is adhered to in all marketing materials, and work with the brand ambassadors to ensure standards are upheld across the venue sites
* To ensure that all communications are of a consistently high quality in copy, tone, design and print
* To stay up to date with the very latest marketing techniques, trends and policies and identify opportunities.
* To deliver professional marketing support to the venues team including advice, project management and campaign work within deadline, budget and satisfaction.
* To run PPC and SEO campaigns; working with external agencies as appropriate
* To develop strategic marketing plans for venues to agreed objectives
* To manage the websites through the content management system including copy writing and optimisation, layout building and image formatting. To monitor performance against KPIs through Google Analytics and provide monthly reports and commentary to senior management
* To work creatively within the budgets


The Marketing Campaign Manager must have experience marketing venues or events, utilising effective multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Job Offer

Salary is between £27K and £29K, depending on experience.
