This organisation is looking for a Head of Fundraising Strategy to join their large, well-established and award winning team in central London. They are looking for candidates on either a full time or part time (4 days a week) basis.

The key responsibilities of this Head of Fundraising Strategy will be:

* Devise and deliver the new fundraising campaign strategy
* Maintain a strategic, macro overview of projects to ensure correct prioritisation is happening
* Decide and put in place operational goals to deliver against agreed targets
* Ensure the department sticks to the agreed operational plan, providing flexibility where needed
* Oversee the implementations of key strategic projects
* Ensure relevant insight is made the most of
* Drive innovation to improve efficiency
* Manage a team of 4
* Work collaboratively with colleagues around the department and maintain a strategic overview
* Consistently analyse and report on performance to ensure the department is on track to secure its targets
* Forecast impact of external or organisational changes for the department


The person specification for this Head of Fundraising Strategy is:

* Ability to synthesis and present complex information
* Impeccable communication and relationship building skills
* Strong analytic skills
* Strong influencing and negotiating skills
* Ability to communicate with stakeholders at a variety of levels
* Strong organisation skills and an ability to juggle priorities

* Knowledge of how a fundraising team operates and what the strategic goals may be

* Prior experience of taking an overview of strategic priorities for an organisation

Job Offer

This organisation is looking to offer a salary of between £50,000 and £60,000, depending on experience.
