Description

The main responsibilities of the Head of Internal Communications are:

* Be responsible for the development and delivery of a creative, responsive and tailored internal communications strategy



* Lead the development and effective delivery of a calendar of internal campaigns, initiatives and messages



*  Use audience insights and an evidence based approach to ensure the strategy and activity is relevant to the target audience.



*  Ensure activity is measurable and demonstrates a positive impact on agreed engagement measures.



* Provide internal communications leadership for change projects; act as the communications lead on Project Boards, develop key messages and approaches, and deliver integrated communications and engagement plans.



* Play an important role in the Marketing and Communications Senior Team, providing leadership to colleagues across the function


Profile

You will have the following experience for this Head of Internal Communications position:

- Educated to degree level or relevant professional qualification - i.e CIM

- Experience of working in within a Marketing / Communications environment

- Experience of planning & delivering successful communication strategies and plans, focusing on internal engagement

- Ability to drive change communication programmes
