Your responsibilities as a Bids Manager are mainly focused on maintaining the workflow of the bids teams, with high quality standards, with the capacity to act as an advisor/coach to senior partners, but with the disposal to hands-on activities related to the content production/management.

Your responsibilities as a Business Manager are:

* Lead the bids process to a specific sector/coverage area.
* Act as an advisor/coach to senior partners and stakeholders in the bids process;
* Lead the targeting of bids, towards better results in effort-success ratio;
* Act as the content leader, to address the real needs of clients;
* Preparation of credential statements, case studies and capability statements and to support in the preparation of bids and bid presentation materials;
* Supervise and produce in certain moments, all the marketing collateral needed for bids.


Based in central London and travelling frequently to the South, the Bids Manager requires:

* Previous experience in Bid Manager positions for Professional and/or Financial firms;
* A graduate with strong interpersonal and in particular, strong written communication skills;
* Good time management and organisational skills with acute attention to detail;
* Good persuasive skills, with the capacity to approach to peers and senior partners.
