This is an opportunity for a talented Bid Manager to join a strong Marketing & Business Development team for a leading Professional Services firm based in Bolton.

An opportunity to join a leading professional Services organisation based in Bolton. They are a specialist and leader in their market, with a solid reputation.


The Bid Manager is responsible for supporting the bid process from tender evaluation and PQQ through to submission, by producing compelling content and efficient project management.

Key Responsibilities:

* Understand the client requirements by engaging with bid stakeholders
* Produce bespoke technical and persuasive tender content
* Review and edit pitch input from a variety of stakeholders
* Maintain pitch library of industry, service, sector and personnel content
* Analysis and reporting on conversion rates, record loss feedback, results and trends/issues
* Prepare short form client proposals
* Liaise with stakeholders to maintain up to date client testimonials and case studies
* Research and prepare pitch presentations
* Maintain tender/re-tender schedule to forward plan content and resource
* Ensure all tender submissions are clear, concise and error free


The Bid Manager will:

* Have relevant Bids experience, ideally within professional services

* Have strong technical copywriting and editing experience

* Have excellent attention to detail

* Have the ability to work quickly and accurately

* Be highly organised and able to manage multiple projects at one time

* Have strong communication skills

Job Offer

Salary up to £40,000 depending on the level of experience.
