My client is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to oversee the implementation of all marketing activity whilst raising awareness and knowledge among target audiences. This is a strategic role which will work closely with senior internal stakeholders and the MSC team.

Description

The Business Development & Marketing Manager will sit in the Marketing, Sales and Clients team. The purpose of the role is to raise awareness and knowledge among target audiences. This is a highly strategic role that will require proven business development skills. The successful applicant will be able to:

* build the business profile in the market place and augment successful business relationships
* create strategic marketing plans
* create brand compliant market collateral
* gather market intelligence and identify opportunities
* drive, track and report sales activity
* ensure a strong and robust pipeline of business activity
* gather client feedback
* maximise ROI
* manage CRM data
* optimise the use of digital marketing channels
* deliver national campaigns
* write content for press releases and develop relationships with trade journalists


Profile

The successful candidate will have:

* a proven track record in a similar business development role

* previously managed a budget
