My client are looking for a a ambitious and driven digital specialist to take on a fantastic Digital position within the company.

Client Details

A leading manufacturing business in South Wales are rapidly growing and require a Digital Content and Social Media Manager to drive all digital activity across the business.


Responsible for creating, delivering and evaluating the success of a rolling 12 month digital content plan to cover all divisions of this ever growing business.

Responsible for strategizing and executing on an advertising/promotional plan for social media channels which will include:

social media platforms (Facebook,LinkedIn, twitter,Weibo,Pinterest)

Manage the website

3rd party blogs/influencers

Relevant 3rd party social media spaces

Any other relevant channels

Increase engagement with the website using social media. Generate revenue as a result of driving traffic to the website.

Works to ensure that content across companies digital and social platforms drives growth of our digital audiences and encourages stickiness to increase site visits, page depth and time on site.

* Extracting the core information for complicated briefs and be willing and skilled in challenging clients on briefs

* Establish metrics for success and uses campaign performance and analytics to adjust strategy as necessary to achieve the greatest success

* Responsible for planning and reporting on the content and social media budget.

* Establish, develop and manage relationships with relevant external suppliers to agreed contractual standard and cost effective performance

* Manage and coach the Content and social Media Executive to support the delivery across the Social Media operational responsibilities.


* Experience creating editorial and digital content distribution plans and reporting on success and learning's.

* Previous experience of managing, moderating and monetising a sizeable social media community

* Previous experience of creation and sharing of digital content across a variety of platforms to a variety of audiences

* Solid understanding of Google analyitics and CRM tools.

* Understanding of best practices and emerging trends within the digital / social space

* Strong social media experience with demonstrable passion

* Strong content/copy writing background

* Reporting and ownership of budget

* Experience of digital as an integrated part of the full marketing and media mix

* Experience of global brands an advantage
