Senior CRM Manager

Circa £40,000 - £50,000 plus excellent benefits.

This is an exciting opportunity within a highly respected organisation who are looking to enhance their marketing activities by bringing on board an experienced and ambitious CRM professional in the new role of Senior CRM Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and grow the CRM function of the function of the business in terms of the team, strategy and technologies.
* Create, implement and manage an effective CRM strategy that will deliver against customer experience, cross-sell and retention targets.
* Manage internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver CRM campaigns and communications across a range of channels.
* As a senior member of the marketing function contribute to the wider sales & marketing strategy.

You will have proven experience of working in a similarly focused CRM role, ideally gained within a fast paced environment with a strong focus on customer experience. B2C or B2B experience will be considered. Line management experience would be beneficial, however is not essential. You will be of graduate calibre, proactive and be able to work autonomously while dealing with a heavy workload
