Unique Marketing Manager position within a leading Property Developer based in London.

Client Details

Industry leading & multi-disciplinary Property Developer based in London.


As the Marketing Manager based in London you will provide relevant marketing support to the Leasing team as well as developing strong Sites' branding and placemaking propositions.

Key responsibilities:

* Plan, develop and deliver highly effective integrated marketing and communications plans for new sites and phases of development as well as monitoring and analyse performance.
* Develop a detailed critical path for delivery and project manage activity with the marketing team and agency network to ensure delivery is on time and to budget.
* Ensure effective delivery of high quality, highly differentiated and compelling 'through the line' campaigns on time and within budget.
* Develop and deliver a leasing agents' engagement programme in collaboration with the Head of Leasing
* Manage marketing agencies, develop briefs, KPIs and support SMM in reporting and budget planning
* Support the leasing team with lead generation in developing pitches, RFP responses
* Conduct market research to keep abreast of competitors' marketing activity
* Drive improvements and innovation in relation to lead management and automated marketing efforts, to help refine marketing activities
* Manage and deliver brand growth through digital platforms including direct website, social media and 3rd party aggregators.
* Plan the Commercial business line's approach to events and sponsorship for the year, including industry shows and manage all aspects of event management


The successful Marketing Manager will have:

* A proven track record Marketing within a Property company, ideally Commercial.
* Ideally, you should be able to demonstrate a keen interest in real estate or property management.
* Strategic thinking skills and the ability to translate strategy into practical plans aligned to the Commercial Business Line objectives
* Degree educated (preferably marketing discipline), CIM qualifications desirable.
* Proven track record of delivering successful marketing projects.
* Strong copyrighting and editing skills
* Excellent interpersonal & communication skills both verbal and written.
* A good understanding of digital marketing and the ability to use various web design platforms.
* Hands on approach, be able to think on your feet and be able to work to strict deadlines.
* Proactive, focused and flexible, with a committed, motivated style
* Experience of working with external agencies (Digital, Creative etc)
* Excellent relationship management, ideally in matrix organisations
