Our client is one of the largest retail businesses in Britain. With an impressive portfolio of stores and ambitious acquisition plans, they continue to build on their market position. As a result of continued investment, the marketing team is expanding via the recruitment and development of talented people who share their vision.

We are now looking for an experienced and talented Digital Marketing Manager to join the team and drive forward a number of key digital projects, as well as a customer focused digital marketing roadmap. You will be focused on delivering higher levels of interaction and engagement online, ultimately increasing brand awareness, transactions and profit for the business.

This role is key in supporting the businesses continued investment in the customer, ensuring the communication delivered is rigorously tested and relevant to that audience. You will be driven by really getting under the skin of the customer and understanding their behaviours across all digital channels (web, mobile, apps, social). Key commercials you will be driven by will include; increasing reach and engagement, improving the user experience, monetizing digital media channels.

You will work with key stakeholders to interrogate website/mobile/app/social analytics data to identify actionable insights and opportunities to improve digital marketing, content, conversion and UX. You will also focus on measuring and analysing campaign performance across all digital channels.
