Office Performance Analysis (including Data and Reporting improvements) and Departmental Reporting (50%)

*Provide monthly analysis of office performance, including identifying areas in which regions can improve performance. Work with regional heads to implement action plans where appropriate

*Reporting improvements and KPI development, with a focus on revenue drivers, office profitability, marketing performance and external reporting (including Analyst Presentations). There will be a particular focus on reviewing and improving the content of our sales and marketing reporting

*Improve insight into return on marketing investment

*Extracting information from various systems

*Departmental Analysis - assist the wider finance team in improving departmental cost reporting and developing non-financial KPIs

*Assist with finance systems projects

Monitoring Business Strategy (30%)

*Assist with budgeting and forecasting process

*Work with Marketing and Client Management to model sales pipeline

*Assist in development of Group financial performance modelling as the business changes

*Work closely with relevant financial controllers

*KPI performance and benchmarks - continuously review, develop and improve KPIs

*Provide information and data to senior management to aid strategy development

*Production of daily revenue and P&L reports

*Support in the production of monthly senior management and board reporting

*Competitor analysis

Month End Support (20%)

*Support/provide cover for the wider team on monthly tasks, such as supporting Group hedging, consolidation, regulatory reporting and revenue reconciliation

*Maintain personal/professional development to meet the changing demands of the role, including all relevant regulatory and legislative training

*When dealing with all customers, clients or colleagues ensure that we provide a clear, fair and consistent high quality service that presents a professional and positive image of CMC Markets

*Take all reasonable steps to ensure appropriate confidentiality

*Undertake such other duties, training and/or hours of work as may be reasonably required and which are consistent with the general level of responsibility of this role
