Helen of Troy are recruiting for a Marketing Executive!

This is a fantastic role working in a vibrant marketing team supporting the EMEA Marketing/Brand Team to develop and deploy key brand and product initiatives.

Helen of Troy is a global leader in the manufacturing and marketing of electrical health, beauty and housewares products. We also own a number of innovative brands, including market leading home and kitchenware specialist OXO. Today, OXO offers over 850 products covering many areas of the home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Brand Team with the preparation and implementation of the annual marketing plan
  • Support Marketing and Sales team with providing regular competitor analysis by product
  • Liaise with PR/Social/design agency to develop consumer communication and launch toolkits to support key product introductions and brand initiatives
  • Establish strong working relationship with Account Managers ensuring brand and products are presented and sold to the trade following OXO’s brand guidelines
  • Write creative trade PR, Catalogue and Web copy
  • Assist on the organisation of trade and consumer exhibitions and attend when necessary
  • On a regular basis communicate PR coverage, Product Placement, Reviews, Awards to team in a timely manner
  • Manage NPD process from product set up to delivery in warehouse for all brands
  • Implement NPD processes updating BM’s and Sales with key information for launch
  • Work with OXO NY and relevant teams on any product quality issues/logistics/sourcing
  • Create Planograms for OXO stand and bespoke customer displays
  • Assist on independent sales marketing strategy, implement and provide marketing support for the team and retailers
  • Help with evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
  • Help researching product/category insight for special projects or category launches and presenting recommendations and a strategy for development of the category
  • Help conduct and analyse brand awareness research
