Michael Page are recruiting for a Marketing & Planning Analyst on behalf of a luxury automotive business in Warwickshire.

Description

* Lead the fulfilment of the regions regular order call requirement.
* Manage and forward plan allocations for dealers and internal cars with the central team to ensure cars are available to retail, inventories are balanced and wholesale budgets are achieved.
* Develop and manage all dealer and regional intelligence to support the brand and business development.
* Formulate data from both dealers and the UK Team into meaningful operational documents.
* Management of all communication between UK Team and Press Garage and leading the regional planning of all fleet car requirements.
* Control fleet management and operational costs within budget.
* Work in close collaboration with the UK Sales, Marketing and Aftersales Team to understand full operational data.
* Management of the audit process in line with Dealer Operating Standards, working closely with the auditors and Regional Managers, including ownership and review of the audit process.
* Managing the review of audit results, appeals and ensuing rep rewards paid when appropriate.
* Management and monitoring of quarterly incentive rewards.
* Managing relationship with residual value agencies.
* Development and maintenance of communication channels with all UK Team colleagues.


Profile

* Educated to degree level.
* Strong commercial acumen.
* Ideally has sales planning experience.
* Previous experience in premium brand within a sales planning role, ideally in luxury/automotive.
* Advanced level of competence with Microsoft office, particularly Excel & PowerPoint.
* Good written and verbal presentation skills.
* Exceptional analytical ability.
* Post holder must have excellent organisation skills with the ability to prioritise and plan.
* Enthusiasm to embrace new ideas and cultures.
* Work autonomously whilst ensuring information is disseminated.
* Ability to contribute to the strategic direction of the department by developing supporting programs and promotions.
