A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a digitally minded E-CRM Executive to join a leading luxury supplier, who work with large brands across UK and internationally. If you have a strong email marketing or crm background then please get in touch.

You will be main CRM contact within the business
Take responsibility for the day to day management and implementation of the e-CRM strategy with support from digital team and sales managers
Manage the monthly campaign calendar, chase briefs from the sales teams, oversee the creative process, populate HTML templates with content, fully test and deploy campaigns
Work with Marketing Manager on campaigns, analyse results and make recommendations to improve campaign performance
Work with Marketing Manager to implement new e-crm digital techniques to make implementation and distribution of emails more efficient
Ensure email and CRM best practices are always implemented across all templates, campaigns and automations
Compile and create effective email marketing communications working to improve open rates, click rates and conversion
Monitor and assess the strength of data used in campaigns
Work with sales teams on ensuring they are constantly keeping their data up to date; some data cleansing may be a necessary small part of this role
Compile monthly report on all campaign sends to assess ROI and effectiveness leading to a better more effective email marketing strategy
Keep up to date with latest industry developments ensuring that knowledge is shared within the team

Skills Required:
Must have experience working in a digital CRM/email marketing role
Understanding of data and analytics
Good knowledge of campaign monitor/mail chimp or similar system
Understanding of email marketing and CRM best practice
Exceptional problem solving, quantitative, and analytical skills
Strong attention and focus to details
Ability to juggle multiple projects at one-time
Show a willingness to learn and adapt to new platforms and technologies
Email development in HTML
Email design within brand guidelines
Understanding and knowledge of testing email compatibility across multiple browsers
Knowledge of using content management systems - Magento would be an advantage but not a requirement
Experience with using third party email software providers (e.g. Campaign monitor, MailChimp)
Company Benefits:
Salary £23k - (Negotiable depending on experience)
8:30am - 4:30pm each day, early finish on Fridays
