Your new role
Your primary focus will be to provide a superior service to the business delivering internal communications, customer communications and brand management. You will educate and inform a 4000+ workforce across the UK through various different communications channels. You will devise and develop the communications and customer communications strategy, liaise with key stakeholders and implement new communications channels, creating content throughout to keep staff informed. Additionally you will be responsible for the design and imagery around both online and offline materials. A secondary focus of the role is to support external communications, media relations and brand.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a proven track record in a similar position, delivering best in class employee engagement strategies to drive change while supporting business objectives. You will have experience developing and executing strategic plans & messaging, while still being able to get stuck in with the 'day to day' reactive requirements of a growing marketing department. You will have a proactive approach and excellent project management skills. Additionally you will have a great understanding of print and digital communication tools and be comfortable liaising with key stakeholders on a day to day basis.
