Carter Murray is partnering with a leading international manufacturer and supplier of high quality pre-wall & drainage and piping technologies who have a nrewly created opportunity for an experienced Technical Manager.

Working in conjunction and supporting the Sales team, you will provide advice and assistance to staff and customers in product handling, taking applicable norms and regulations into account, also conducting site visits, you will be holding product-training sessions for staff and support in holding customer training sessions. The role will also include you drawing up and applying tools needed from a product-technical angle and support in market-launch campaigns as part of new-product launches and being the internal expert for purposes of technical complaint process. Communication of technical product information to Sales is key, as well as supporting the Country Manager(s) in detailed technical questions relating to products.

It is essential you have a background within Technical Manager role from a relevant sector/industry. With strong communication skills, you will identify customer needs (internal/external) and ensure their expectations are met. Also actively cultivating customer relationships (internal/external), continuously sharing information and being acknowledged by others as a responsible contact. You must have the ability to adapt successfully to different customers (internal/external) and their changing needs; prioritises customer-related issues and also winning and inspiring new customers.

To have completed training as master or technician specialising in sanitary and heating technology, supply technology or plant construction would be an asset but not essential.
