Due to the creation of a new Digital Media team, we are actively recruiting for a team of Digital Media Managers to join the organisation at their headquarters in Guildford.

Your new role
As a Digital Media Manager you will manage a team of Media Buyers responsible for three key areas of digital media: Social, Search, and Programmatic. You will yourself specialise in one of these areas and act as subject matter expert for either Search, Social or Programmatic Media Buying and Campaign planning/execution. You will dive the Social, Search or Programmatic media forecast and planning across Europe; train, and manage a team of buyers who are responsible for activation, optimisations, pacing, and reporting across all media efforts; advise on best practices for social, search or programmatic program creation and management including: team operations, campaign setup, optimisation, reporting, etc. It will be your responsibility to manage and align the strategy, and to define and manage channel and platform partners and opportunities for future testing and innovation.

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for creative and analytical individuals with a proven background in Media Buying, either client-side or agency-side. You will have the experience and desire to act as team manager/subject matter expert for either paid search media, paid social media or programmatic buying. You will have team management experience, and key digital media knowledge including: bid strategy management; optimisation and reporting; 1st party data targeting, attribution solving and campaign testing. Ideally we are looking for applicants with experience operating across multiple European markets.
