Working closely with this highly charismatic client, you will be responsible for the strategic planning and the campaign implementation across CRM, digital and social channels. You will direct the team and establish and develop strong client relationships. A complete and in depth understanding of the CRM landscape means that you have a strategic perspective and can start big conversations.
You will have a proven CRM track record, confident on the data side and able to work closely with data planners. In addition you have strong multi-channel experience, ideally on large campaign activity and complex CRM programme activity across a large piece of business.
