An exciting interim role has become available for a talented and experienced Events Manager in central London. As this role is urgent you must be immediately available to start and have strong experience in project managing local and national events.

Client Details

The main purpose of this role will be to assist and support the development, delivery and evaluation of events, ensuring they meet the objectives of the business plan and communications and engagement strategy, and are responsive to stakeholder needs and preferences. This will involve working with a range of internal teams and external partners so experience in working with senior stakeholders is crucial.


Key responsibilities will include the following:

* Responsible for day to day delegate and event management (catering, logistics, badges, materials) including liaising with venues and other parties involved in the delivery of an event.

* Working with colleagues, proactively develop our relationships with partners to enable use of their marketing channels and work collaboratively on joint projects, where appropriate.

* Responsible for photo library, ensuring the images adhere to our brand guidelines; improving/editing the images using Photoshop.

* Support the delivery of high quality, well-articulated communications which will connect with and influence stakeholders, developing compelling messages on complex subjects, building and expanding stakeholder contact data as required, depending on the campaign/project.

* Support the Head of Marketing & Events on specific high profile campaigns and projects.

* Proactively seek out and learn from best practice, informing the development of our externally-facing communications channels.
