Situated within the established eOne Family & Licensing office in London, the International Marketing Manager EMEA plays a key role in the overseas growth of a global, multi-faceted and successful family entertainment business. The successful will be expected to work closely and proactively with colleagues in licensing, product development, TV sales, and administration to help to develop and underpin the overseas Family business. The International Marketing Manager EMEA will report to the UK based Senior International Marketing Manager.
You will work across the portfolio of eOne Family entertainment brands, namely pre-school TV favourites Peppa Pig, Ben and Holly’s Little Kingdom, PJMasks but others as they emerge. You will need to understand the Brand Licensing industry and have experience of working across a scope of international territories. You will be expected to work closely with key brand partners in television and licensing as well as seek and develop third party relationships that will help to enhance the brand marketing activities regionally. They will support and collaborate with our appointed agents in each territory to ensure that marketing plans are strong, relevant and co-ordinated.
This role will focus on working with our agents in set international territories to execute local marketing initiatives and ensure that territory specific activity is co-ordinated to a high standard.
To succeed in this role, you will bring with you a strong understanding, and proven experience, of marketing practises relevant to the Brand Licensing industry and can apply these to help grow and establish the eOne Family brands overseas. You will be creative, proactive, and able to take initiative. Flexibility is key as there will be scope for international travel to deliver presentations in front of large audiences. Presentation and analytical skills are also crucial. The role requires administration duties to be undertaken in addition to marketing planning and execution.
You’ll be a team player, with exceptional organisational and communication skills. Previous experience working in family brands across international territories is essential.
An additional European language or two would be beneficial.
