Key Responsibilities

  • Leading the way on Brand and Category insights
  • Building Brand Strategy for the next 3 years and beyond
  • Budget and P+L reporting, whilst cross checking against financial growth objectives
  • Liaise with Sales teams to identity trade needs to help growth in activation platforms
  • Build Brand Equity across their marketing activations, putting their consumers at the forefront of any plans
  • Briefing external suppliers and agencies

Ideal Candidate

  • Professional FMCG background, with ideally a drinks background
  • Strong project management skills
  • Exceptional commercial skills
  • Knowledge of the UK grocer market
  • Graduated with additional Marketing qualifications
  • Worked in large organisations before with complex structures
  • Fantastic presentation and commutation skills
