The Marketing Manager will manage the marketing mix by communicating with existing customers on products and services as well as researching and defining new customers that fit the goals and objectives of the business. This role will also be responsible for communications to ensure that the business speaks one voice, both internally and externally.

My client is a globally recognised business having been established over 50 years ago. With a reputable brand and a great foundation my client is expanding and opening a new office in Buckinghamshire. This exciting new move will help solidify their place as an industry leader and further grow the business.


Key responsibilities of the Marketing Manager are:

- Managing the marketing budget, ensuring appropriate procurement compliance

- Establish and manage a database of advertising materials including artwork, drawings, literature, photographs, previous campaigns, etc.

- Create innovative marketing campaigns that ensure the correct positioning of new products and services

- Introduce an appropriate CRM system to the business and manage this once established

- Compile market research through common sources

- Interpret market research to develop an effective communications plan

- Work with internal teams to understand customer and market requirements in order to define/refine market segments for the business to operate in

- Build effective relationships with media owners and create opportunities for advertising (editorials, articles, etc.)

- Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all departments are kept informed of marketing objectives and achievements

- Manage all activities to support the promotional calender to stimulate the market and produce collateral that will enhance this activity

- Utilise social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and blogging together with SEO and Adwords to actively promote the business


The ideal candidate must attain the following:

- A 2:1 or above in a relevant degree (or equivalent)

- A professional attitude to work

- An innovative and flexible approach

- Exceptional communication skills

- Excellent attention to detail

- The ability to work as part of a team but be equally capable of working on your own initiative

Job Offer

This role pays £30,000 + additional benefits
