Working as a Senior Marketing Manager, you will be managing the full marketing mix. You will be working with license holders across major TV licenses to develops strong campaigns. You will be working closely with agencies on advertising strategy and media buying. You will be working closely with the UK channel managers to ensure strong marketing campaigns and activation strategies suitable to a holistic multi-channel strategy.

They have major licenses with huge TV brands and also own their own brands.

The UK is a major target market and the business are hugely invested in growing this rapidly over the next 18 months.

Description

Working as a Senior Marketing Manager, you will be managing the full marketing mix. You will be working with license holders across major TV licenses to develops strong campaigns. You will be working closely with agencies on advertising strategy and media buying. You will be working closely with the UK channel managers to ensure strong marketing campaigns and activation strategies suitable to a holistic multi-channel strategy.

You will be responsible for:

* Brand and Campaign Strategy
* Channel Strategy
* Agency Management
* Commercial input into the UK business plan for 2018



Initially temporary, you will move into a permanent position after 5-6 months. Ideal for those in London or the South East looking for a fast growing toys business with plenty of scope for progression.


Profile

You will be an experience Marketing Manager with experience in a top 20 UK toys brand.

You will have in-depth experience of planning and co-ordinating UK multi-channel strategy and activation.

You will have a strong commercial focus and will be comfortable interacting with a wide variety of stakeholders, internally and externally:

* License Holders &
* UK Channels customers

You will be hungry to progress.

You will be happy to travel across the UK 3 days a week initially (remaining two days at home). This would be on an interim basis with a view that you would stay on in a larger permanent role come September.


Job Offer

You must be able to travel north to Yorkshire for the first 5 months for 3 days a week. Strong day-rate will be considered during this time.
