Right now, we are looking for degree-educated individuals who are experienced in owning and delivering commercial/brand marketing plans, to champion Carlsberg and its portfolio brands across the business and beyond. Responsible for developing and executing leading edge marketing strategies, your expertise will ensure we deliver both our commercial and brand objectives. It's a tough, high profile challenge in an extremely competitive market but, with some of the biggest sponsorship properties around and a reputation for delivering great marketing campaigns, we're well placed to continue to win the hearts and minds of the consumer and our customers. All we need is you to drive our plans and brands forward.

Success here is all about having the vision, drive and tenacity to make things happen. That means we need someone who can build strong relationships at all levels with suppliers and colleagues alike and is a natural influencer with a clear strategic vision. Comfortable contributing to, as well as leading, key aspects of the Carlsberg brand plan, you're also able to play the role of consumer champion, i.e. identify and work with the killer insights that will get consumers to love us. Just as important though is your ability to get things done in a fast paced, demanding but rewarding environment where delivering on time and in full is critical.

The right candidate will have high level influencing and stakeholder management skills, strong consumer intuition and creative judgement.  A problem solver with personal drive, excellent story-telling and presentation skills and the ability to engage all in our brand propositions.
