Responsible for applying existing ERP communication methodology, toolkit and templates to support the Trading Partner Communication Manager with delivering ongoing communication in support of the global ERP roll-out.

Description

Under direction of Trading Partner Communication Manager, develop and maintain SharePoint microsites and other digital communication (writing content, producing video, animations, PPT Brief decks, creating/updating pages, managing Yammer activity). Manage content, schedule and organise Town Hall sessions. Draft core programme newsletter updates and other collateral's in response to demand from Trading Partners Communications Manager.



* Ensure communications collateral is produced on time and to an excellent level of quality as per the CERPS methodology and agreed plan

* Support the Communications Manager in leveraging the results of the business change impact and readiness assessments to strengthen & focus communication activities and plans on desired outcome

* Be an effective member of the CERPS Communications Team, sharing project best practice


Profile

* Must have a minimum of one year of Finance global scale deployments (ERP an advantage)





* Must be able to cope in a fast paced, delivery-focused and results driven environment





* Basic understanding of what ERP systems are and how they deliver value





* Strong understanding of business change and organizational communications







* Strong SharePoint skills (for intranet/microsite development and management)





* Strong PowerPoint skills (to create engaging and attractive briefing decks)





* Digital video experience (video editing, flipcam and mobile phone video filming; experience storyboarding and drafting scripts of videos and animation)





* Creative skills in graphic design (development of infographics, posters, banners and other communications collateral)





* Good editing/writing skills (both technical & narrative/story writing)


Job Offer

6-12 month contract paying up to £250 P/D on LTD company
