Located in the highly prestigious St Peter's Square development in the city centre, Distrelec are establishing their new Enterprise Hub and hiring a Campaigns Manager - Awareness and Conversion.

The Enterprise Hub will be the European centre for the implementation of their new digital operations that will deliver all online trading, marketing and technical deliveries for the organisation.

Distrelec, part of the Datwyler group, is a leading online distributor for electronics, automation, measurement technology, IT and accessories in Europe and the exciting new Enterprise Hub in Manchester will be its first operational presence in the UK.

The role:

The Campaign Manager will report in to the Head of Online Trading and will be tasked with owning, defining and delivering multi-channel campaigns focusing on increasing awareness and conversion as part of the customer lifecycle. You will manage an appropriate mix of pro-active and re-active awareness and conversion campaign activity across multiple markets, channels and stakeholders.

Key accountabilities:

You will have ownership of the end-to-end project management of the awareness and conversion campaign process and will own and maintain an annual marketing campaign plan that is aligned to the broader marketing plan. You will also be tasked with presenting a clear understanding of how awareness and conversion campaign activity is positively impacting associated KPI's. You will work closely with other Campaign Managers in the wider team.

Skills & experience:

You must have demonstrable experience of managing campaigns end-to-end to achieve strong commercial results, whilst being commercially astute with comprehensive understanding of the marketing campaigning process and customer lifecycle management. Ideally you will have proven experience of the latest online and offline marketing channels and techniques and will be an ambitious and driven candidate, looking to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
