Your new role
Working within a well established marketing team, you will take on a brand new role as Website Manager and as such you will take responsibility for project managing and implementing digital development projects within the E-commerce department, for both new and existing platforms. You will also be responsible for the management of e-commerce websites within the company's brand portfolio. Day to day, your role will entail adding content to the site via the CMS system, managing direct email marketing campaigns, analytic reporting of site traffic and email marketing performance and paid advertising including PPC. You will ensure that all web content is optimised, use of SEO and identify opportunities to improve the user journey. Additionally you will work closely with external agencies to ensure the proposed web development projects achieve business requirements and objectives.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, you will have proven experience of digital marketing, in particular with content, SEO, direct mail and paid advertising. You must have an excellent understanding of website user interface and experience as well as experience in marketing analytics. You should be competent in the use of CMS systems, preferably Magento as well as Dotmailer and it would be desirable for you be able to do basic coding such as HTML and CSS. You will be self-motivated, ambitious and a confident communicator as you will be working with a range of stakeholders.
