Our client is looking for a candidate with strong CRM experience and leadership skills. They are looking for someone to turn their CRM programme around and lead a team of 3 CRM Assistants to manage their fast-paced CRM programme to a high standard.

Description

* Create and manage the online CRM customer retention strategy
* Assess and develop the strategy through test planning and reporting practices
* Direct team members responsible for implementing strategy across CRM (primarily email), email acquisition, promotional planning, targeted category strategy,new store openings/refurbs, campaign programme analysis and creative development of all programmes
* Manage third party agencies for email/data services
* Ensure compliance (liaison with Legal department and adherence to Data Protection Act)

Successful candidates will have:



* Strong understanding of CRM and the ability to formulate CRM strategy
* Leadership qualities
* Line management experience
* Agency management
* Understanding of Web analytics, analysis of results, reporting and segmentation skills

12 month FTC (Maternity Cover)

£35-40k dependant on experience
