CRM & Loyalty Manager
Fantastic opportunity to use your CRM and database marketing skills in a fast paced marketing team working for this award winning travel company based in Suffolk.
Responsible for creating and delivering engaging customer retention and acquisition campaigns whilst maximising commercial return, you will be a dab hand at developing relevant, segmented communications that address the needs of different customer groups.
A passion for all things analytical, you will have worked with data sets, such as RVF, customer segmentation and used statistical analysis to continuously review the contact strategy for all customer touch points.
