The Commercial Partnerships Manager role is focused on building both leisure and business travel through partnerships, promotions and events to drive awareness, volume and growth through 3rd Party partnerships.

My Client is one of the UK's leading travel companies. They a seeking a passionate Commercial Partnerships Manager to join their team.


The Commercial Partnerships Manager reports to the Head of Commercial Marketing and is responsible for the following:

* Develop an annual Regional Marketing and Commercial plan

* Source new partnership opportunities optimised for revenue, negotiate, business case and contract with the support of the Commercial Procurement support

* Partnerships and promotions and events to drive massive volume and revenue growth and awareness

* Across multi-channel online and offline channels, working with channel owners

* As the business owner of each partnership, responsible to work with the respective commercial and HQ teams for the business to realise the benefits. Including but not limited to the marketing team via multiple marketing channels, i.e. e-mail, direct, free search/SEO, paid search, affiliates/blogs, display ads, mobile, social media, and offline events

* Measure new and existing partnerships and conversion by channel. Responsible for reporting the incremental revenue benefit from new and existing customers

* Define strategic use of the various Promotions and channels and efficiency analysis to ensure we deliver the best ROI for the business and learning for future activity

* Drive demand generation and promotional execution

* Work closely with the marketing team to influence regional support across CRM, Advertising, Social Media, Corporate Affairs, Brand, and Digital teams to provide the resources required to deliver key regional marketing activity and commercial objectives

* Work closely with the Sales team to influence regional support across travel trade, SMS and other business networks


The successful Commercial Partnerships Manager will bring the following skills and attributes:

* A proven track record on delivering innovative partnerships and associated campaigns
* Excellent communicator with the ability to influence others
* Excellent commercial judgement and negotiation skills

* Good eye for excellent creative, coupled with a solid understanding of the creative and production process

* Ability to negotiate commercial agreements for win/win

* Must be well able to work collaboratively and cross functionally

* Strong attention to detail

* Strong team player

* Happy to work from a London HQ but also travel across the UK on a regular basis

Job Offer

The successful candidate will be offered £40,000 - £45,000 depending on suitability + excellent benefits
