A globally renowned, ambitious retail giant is looking for a Loyalty and Engagement Manager to join its' European central office to aid in defining and implementing a new retention strategy across the UK and ROI. The programme is a large-scale project for the multi-billion-point retailer born from a strategic decision to invest heavily in loyalty.

This candidate will need to possess extensive omnichannel experience and welcome a role that is split evenly between commercial ownership and operational leadership. The organisation boasts a democratic and collaborative culture, the success of which can be seen in the longevity of staff tenure.

The chief responsibilities of the role include:

* Creating and implementing integrated loyalty campaigns across all stores in the specified region
* Planning and managing all loyalty activity including the strategic partnering with other stakeholders
* Construct customer insight reports from loyalty data and share with wider brand and marketing team
* Establish relationships with regional counterparts and external providers
* Create customer segmentation approaches to improve relevance of campaigns

The ideal candidate will be:

* Collaborative, a team player above all else
* Experienced in several customer relationship or loyalty positions
* Interested in the current retail climate
* Analytical with a knowledge of advanced functions in Microsoft Excel
* Able to use content management systems and Google Analytics
