The role of Marketing Manager sits within the Financial Services sector Marketing team of a global Consultancy business. The position will be focused on clients across all areas of the Financial sector and will help to develop and implement a marketing strategy around key sector topics/events. The role has a pan-European remit.

The client is a leading international Consultancy company. Among the many areas that they cover, Financial Services clients make up a major part of their business. They are seen as leading advisors and experts for many of the issues facing the sector.


The role of Marketing Manager, for this London based Professional Services company, includes the following responsibilities:
Lead cross channel marketing campaigns on key sector issues
Be hands on with the delivery of content, commentaries and articles
Manage events and conferences
Work closely with internal teams to ensure industry expertise is marketed in the most effective way
Develop an understanding of client needs/issues they are facing


The ideal candidate will possess the following:
Educated to degree standard - min. 2:1
Have excellent written skills, that are clearly demonstrated in marketing career to date
Have previously worked in a Marketing/Communications/Content role in Financial Services or Consultancy sectors
Possess a good understanding of Financial Services and be familiar with industry terminology
Able to show exceptional senior stakeholder management skills and a sound strategic understanding
Worked in an international business in a cross-border/European focused marcomms role
