I have a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Customer Experience and loyalty specialist to join a multi-billion pound retailer as their Head of Loyalty.

This position will be responsible for leading the development of the retailer's overall strategy and vision for the loyalty programme. You will lead the European roadmap from strategy formation through to creative development and test and learn. There is a big focus on achieving clearly defined targets and reporting on performance results, current activity and future strategy.

There is a big team and stakeholder management piece to this role with a big focus on collaboration. You must be a strong team player, have an immaculate communication style and be able to influence at all levels.

Ideally you will have loyalty or customer experience from a retailer or similar consumer business. Any international exposure and experience using content management systems, Google Analytics and/or IBM Marketing Cloud would be an advantage.
