My client is a London based European Investment Manager, looking for an Institutional Marketing Manager reporting to the Global Head of Marketing.

Your responsibilities:

* Implement and develop the marketing strategy for the Institutional segment and manage this process across international sites
* Deliver content menu and web presence for the Institutional segment, leadership program and international events targeting our most valued clients
* Manage campaigns focussing on Institutional capability as well as developing the messaging framework
* Deliver cross-border institutional focused capability campaigns, this will include setting objectives as well as developing the messaging framework, delivering the customer journey and marketing plan
* Close monitoring and tracking of budget vs actual spend
* Implement a global insurance segment proprietary research for key markets including measures of success, key objectives and topics of research
* Plan and execute event and conference sponsorships for globally driven initiatives and offer 'advice' and consultancy to other local marketing managers where needed
* Create a fully integrated global marketing plan, coordinating the delivery of different initiatives across the marketing mix whilst acting as the global coordination point for Responsible Investing marketing
* Contribute to the global marketing report on cross market/segment campaigns and measure the impact and success of marketing programmes
* Maintain and build excellent relationships with stakeholders within the business and participate within the insurance and other Institutional communities
* Create a high degree of consistency by maintaining share/leverage best practice across countries
* Maintain and develop strong relationships within team and departments within the business as well as creating links with other business functions.


* Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing and communications in an Asset Management environment across the institutional segment
* Degree educated preferably with a relevant marketing qualification
* Excellent communication skills
* European languages are a bonus
* Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to take ownership of projects
* Able to work within a matrix organisation with numerous stakeholders
