Key Responsibilities: POS Category Manager

* Devise Permanent POS solutions plan(metal or plastic) and ensures this meet needs of Growth Plan and Disruptive Display strategy.
* Manages any permanent display trials and collects data and insights from display trials and roll outs.
* Ensures continuous improvement in quality for POS solutions with clear ROI.
* Voice of customer for ownership of customer requirements and display guidelines for Permanent Display equipment.
* Vendor Management of contract and KPIs with external suppliers and manufacturers.
* Scopes and manages 3 budgets related to Permanent Display


Preferred Skillset: POS Category Manager

* Customer Marketing or Display Experience is essential. Additional Sales and Category Experience is preferred.
* A strong understanding of Customer and shopper marketing.
* Drive for results- comfortable with being the main voice of permanent display, chasing and motivating sales around landing display plan and confidence to challenge and drive for new opportunities.
* Presentation skills - able to clearly articulate the permanent display strategy to multiple stakeholders internally and external customers
* Organisational agility and Influencing - able to build effective relationships, internally & externally and at all levels as needed to get the job done.
* Project management - able to progress projects effectively with passion.
* Budget & financial management - able to make sound investment decisions and manage spend to set budget targets, making trade off decisions if required
