Commercial Director - London - 6 figure package

An established SME drinks business, that has just launched a broundbreaking new line to their business, is searching for a commercial director / sales director to head up their sales team. The company focuses on health and natural hydration products, and is backed by a heavyweight board and investment. It has a "cool" and querky culture, and is run by people who are super passionate about their product and industry - the newest arena being Watermelon!

Reporting into the Managing Director, you will head up a team of national account managers / commercial managers across the grocery, impulse and wholesale markets. Your role is to develop the joint business plans with your commercial managers and be the face of the business in the trade. It is a classic senior commercial role, with full responsibility for the sales pipeline.
