They are currently seeking to appoint a talented Marketing Communications Executive to maintain their system-generated correspondence and product literature, ensuring this supports the customer and adviser touch-points. Working as a key part of the marketing team, you will work closely with the design team to deliver clear and effective communications to reflect their brand tone of voice.

Key responsibilities:

-Producing a range of marketing communications and owning key relationships within project teams.

-Supporting the maintenance of system generated correspondence, ensuring this is fit for purpose.

-Creating new correspondence as required, and updating and maintaining existing ones.

-Using your strong copywriting skills to produce a range of integrated communications.

-Obtaining approved product and benefit updates and communicating these to colleagues.

-Supporting with "change communications", for example, communicating premium increases or policy changes.

-Supporting ongoing projects and product launch events throughout the year, owning key marketing deliverables.

-Managing relationships with fulfilment team and suppliers.

-Seeking approval of marketing collateral through the correct internal process.

-Taking responsibility for renewal of notification assets on the document management system.

Skills required:

-Educated to degree level or equivalent within either an English or Marketing related qualification.

-Proven marketing experience, especially in marketing communications or copywriting.

-Experience of writing clear and concise communications.

-Experience of working within a fast-paced an deadline driven role.

-A proven team-worker and relationship builder, able to work with stakeholders of all levels.

-Able to simplify "complex" language.

-Demonstrated multi-tasking skills and prioritisation experience.
