You will help to deliver first class and award winning creative work working closely with creatives and planners. The focus of the role is customer retention and loyalty and BTL communications. You will be reporting into a BD and managing a team. You will get excited about highly targeted customer communications and delivering campaigns which are highly targeted, highly relevant and personalised to enhance the consumers’ experience of the brand.
Skills and experience
You will have experience of working on one-to-one communications with consumers across a number of integrated channels. You will be a strategic self-starter, who is comfortable managing budgets and teams and have previous marketing agency experience.
