Michael Page has partnered with a new client to be able to grow and expand their Marketing team in the UK. Due to expansion into new territories, our client is now looking for an EMEA Marketing Manager to be based from their Reading region.

Client Details

This client is a growing and expanding Software business with a unique proposition across the Security Market. Having recently expanded to the UK, there is a focus on making the Reading location a key hub for their expansion across Europe.


The EMEA Marketing Manager role will be responsible for the below duties:

* Work in collaboration with Sales and the wider Marketing team to develop and implement marketing and demand gen programs across multiple regions
* Develop a strategic Marketing plan in line with Global strategy
* Design campaign/program measurement goals and metrics and a reporting plan around it
* Manage deliverables with International Partners, Distributors and Resellers
* Oversee localisation and translation of collateral and materials to German
* Work with the global corporate Marketing team to refine and plan the approaches to the Market.


The EMEA Marketing Manager role in Reading will look for the below skills:

* A proven track record within IT or Technology focused Marketing (Ideally from Software or Security industries)
* Excellent written and oral German language skills are essential for this role
* A excellent and ROI centric approach to Lead Generation campaigns
* Experience of running events in the UK and abroad is key
* An open and communicative working style that fosters collaboration
* Based a commutable distance to Reading

Job Offer

This role will offer a basic salary of between £60,000 and £70,000 plus benefits and bonuses (depending on Salary)
