NEW Client Care Manager role within engaged Accountancy firm.

This new Client Care Manager will manage, implement and evolve the firm's client care programme working with the Marketing team and reporting directly to the Marketing Director. You will influence change within the firm and meet on a daily basis with Partners, coaching them through the feedback and supporting on developing client action plans. You will manage the firm-wide client care programme via obtaining feedback and acting on results whilst delivering the objectives of the programme and produce relevant analysis and outputs.

The Client Care Manager will establish your own plan, budget and key performance indicators to measure and track return on investment. You will work with the Database managers and external providers to deliver a project that is in line with best practice and utilising the CRM system. You will present recommendations to partners and teams for action and improvement based on the feedback.

Successful candidates will have previous experience delivering a firm-wide client listening/care programme from the professional services and experience working with senior stakeholders. You will have strong persuasive skills and an interest in Technology and working proactively.
